Try our ice cream recipe for all your summer parties!

Ice Cream    Makes 1 ½ qts.

3 eggs
2 and 1/2 cups of milk
1 cup cream
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup maple syrup

Beat eggs, add the rest of the ingredients, and beat again. Pour into the ice cream maker.

Our cream is separated in our very own processing room from our whole raw milk.
