Great for those home date nights… after the kids are in bed!😉 Add some loaded potatoes & a side salad, & your hubby will think you cooked all day!😍
I like to salt rub them 5-10 min. before throwing them on a hot grill or griddle. Sear both sides for a few minutes, till browned. Turn the heat way down, & finish them slowly!
Or put them in a roaster pan with an inch of water, & 4 tbsp apple cider vinegar. Spread softened raw butter over each steak, cover, & bake at 275, for 2 hours. Yummy!
