These cows are raised on our friend, Caitlyn Wilhaus’s farm, The Modern Menagerie.

She lives in western KS with her husband Cooper & 4 young boys: Conway, Cedric, Chevy, & Clancy

Caitlyn & Cooper are committed to raising fabulous grass-fed beef. The cows are rotated on organic pastures year-round & are finished on cover crops for the last several months.

We’ve enjoyed her beef multiple times & have been very pleased with the excellent flavor & tenderness. We know you will be delighted as well!😋
