A 1/4 beef is a great way to fill your freezer & get a variety of cuts… steaks, roasts, organ meats, ground, etc.

• What you get: Approximately 95 lbs of take-home meat
• Your savings: 8% less than buying grass-fed cuts in our Farm Store
• Total cost: Around $875+ $275 (approx.) processing fee ($1150 total)
• Payment: $500 non-refundable deposit now, remaining balance due at processing
• Final cost: We’ll email you the exact amount once we have the hanging weight

How to Order Your Beef Share

4 Simple Steps:

1. Reserve Your Spot: CLICK THIS LINK  and pay your $500 deposit to secure your October, 2026 beef share.

2. Choose Your Cuts: We’ll send you a link to tell the processor how you want your beef cut (steaks, roasts, ground beef mix, etc.). Don’t worry – they’ll help you through it!

3. Get Your Final Invoice: We’ll email you the remaining balance once your beef is processed in October, 2026.

4. Pick Up Your Beef: Pay the (approx.) $275 processing fee and collect your (approx.) 95 lbs of amazing beef at Krehbiel’s in McPherson (approx.) 4 weeks after the processing date; Krehbiels will call you when it’s ready for pickup.

These cows are raised on our friend, Caitlyn Wilhaus’s farm, The Modern Menagerie.

She lives in western KS with her husband Cooper & 4 young boys: Conway, Cedric, Chevy, & Clancy

Caitlyn & Cooper are committed to raising fabulous grass-fed beef. The cows are rotated on organic pastures year-round & are finished on cover crops for the last several months.

We’ve enjoyed her beef multiple times & have been very pleased with the excellent flavor & tenderness. We know you will be delighted as well!😋
